MAS NEWSLETTER NOVEMBER 1993 NEW BULLETIN BOARD From this issue of the MAS newsletter onwards we will be printing a new "Bulletin Board" specifically for the advertising of chamber concerts and recitals given by members of the service and also for those who have instruments for sale. CHAMBER CONCERTS AND RECITALS As many of you are members of chamber ensembles and also do recitals and concertos we would like to help you make your colleagues aware of events by offering a Bulletin Board in our quarterly newsletter. We will need to have the details in writing only, addressed to me, Richard Smith at the address above. INSTRUMENTS FOR SALE Just a reminder that if you have instruments you wish to sell, the Bulletin Board overleaf is available to you. Details in writing please. The advert will appear in the issue following your request unless you state otherwise. CLIENTS' INSTRUCTIONS It is the primary concern of MAS to improve the service to each individual client as well as to the fixers and orchestral managers. To this end, please ensure that we are made aware of any special instructions you may have as to the handling of your diary. If you wish to discuss the service and how it can be adapted to accommodate your requirements please contact me personally and I will endeavour to help. MAS is still the same personal answering service it was when it was started in 1976 and I wish it to remain so. VISITS We welcome client visitors all year round but particularly coming up to the festive season. Alcoholic and soft drinks and nibbles are available but prior warning of your arrival is appreciated. Please let me know personally if you are coming and I will try to arrange to be here.
