NEW ADDRESS - EVERYTHING ELSE REMAINS THE SAME We have finally reached our moving date which is, Thursday, 23 October, and are moving premises. Don't worry all telephone numbers remain exactly the same. The new address is: Masters Yard I80A South Street Dorking Surrey R114 2ES Please bear with us - as you can imagine the logistics of organising this move is a little tricky. However, we feel confident we have covered every aspect. We do need a little extra time overnight during the evening before and the morning of the move date so propose to: Close 11.00 pm Wednesday, 22 October (instead of midnight) Re-open 10.00 am Thursday, 23 October (instead of 800 am)
EXTRA BOOKING LINES TO HELP THE FIXERS GET TH ROUGH We will have additional lines added to our fixing lines (01306) 880669 in order to increase the level of service to fixers. We are, at the same time, increasing our staffing levels by 30% to support this. One of the benefits of the new premises is that we now have room to complete the programme of enhancements to the service by having dedicated staff to the two groups of instruments. Group a) Strings Group b) Wind. Brass and Percussion. What does this mean for you. It means: 1. Better response time to telephone calls 2. Less likelihood of fixers settings the engaged tone. 3. An even more personal service, ie dedicated staff handling smaller numbers of clients.		MAS FEES Despite our attempts to cope with inflation and increasing overheads such as telephone costs, business rates, repairs and renewals, we are unable to do so without making a small increase in our fees to you. Over the last four years our fees have been maintained with only one increase of £5 in 1996. We are able to keep the increase again this year to £5 - making an overall increase over the four year period of only 2.75% per annual Less than the rate of annual inflation. We feel sure you will find this acceptable and look forward to our continued relationship with you all over the coming year.
