Music @ Site

Students who can’t sight-read or do aural tests……familiar story?

MAS clarinettist Alistair Logan has made further developments to his interactive software to help with topics that students find hard to practise at home.

Music@ site, whose appearance as a sight-reading aid made a small ripple in these pages over a year ago, is now re-launched with a SPLASH!  With the modest logo ‘beginner to pro……….all you need to know’, the software covers interactively    aural, theory and sight-reading for all single line instruments at all levels, from    preliminary grades to diploma.  The new package includes

·     detective games for sharps/flats/rhythms

·     stories for learning notes

·     a talking dictionary that makes up crosswords.

·     Grade 5 theory

Music at Site is compatible with all Windows packages from windows 95

£15.99 from most major music shops or direct from
