Send this Man on his Bike!!

Shocking revelations about the unequal distribution of aid in the areas affected by the tsunami have made the news headlines recently. If you would like to do anything about this we hope you will consider supporting David Lasserson’s sponsored cycle across Sri Lanka.

David is going in conjunction with the International Childcare Trust, which has been working with the poorest children in Sri Lanka, including those displaced by the tsunami. ICT is a dynamic, humanitarian organisation. He is looking forward to seeing ICT's work in the field, as well as making a small gesture towards the regeneration of tourism in the country.

In swapping his viola for a bicycle David has committed to raising £2500. £10 will provide 2 children in transition with food for one month. £50 will provide a 6-month training course in a marketable skill for one young person. £100 will see a child through school for a year.
